Realising leadership potential

This fantastic program is aimed at 21 to 24 year olds who have already been identified with strong leadership potential.  RYLA recruits only the highest calibre young people and offers this group the chance to access some of Australia's most influential and motivational speakers; experts in a variety of fields.

The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) is a residential program that is run over a week. It provides participants with an exceptional opportunity to gain deeper personal insights, explore leadership concepts and learn what is needed to function effectively as a team.
